# Shipping View / Edit / Create BOL Reference
## View / Edit / Create BOL Reference
### General Information
* `Status`: Current status of the BOL (Draft, Finalized).
* `BOL Date`: Date the Bill of Lading was created or issued.
* `Carrier`: Shipping carrier responsible for transporting the freight.
* `Trailer Number`: Identification number of the trailer used for transport.
* `Seal Number`: Security seal number applied to the trailer.
* `Pro Number`: Progressive number assigned by the carrier for tracking.
* `Master BOL`: Checkbox to indicate if this is a master Bill of Lading.
* `Must Arrive By`: Required delivery date for the shipment.
* `Kuebix Shipment ID`: Transportation management system shipment identifier.
* `Kuebix Quote Number`: Quote reference number from the Transportation management system.
* `Special Instructions`: Additional handling or delivery instructions.
* `Freight Charges`: Payment responsibility. Select from Prepaid, Collect, or 3rd Party.
* `Freight Quote`: Quoted freight cost for the shipment.
* `COD Amount`: Cash on Delivery (COD) amount if applicable.
* `COD Fee Terms`: COD payment terms. Select from Prepaid, Collect, or Customer Check.
* `Declared Value`: Declared value of the shipment for insurance purposes.
* `Trailer Loaded By`: Who loaded the trailer. Select Shipper or Driver.
* `Counted By`: Who counted the shipment. Select from Shipper, Driver/Pallets, or Driver/Pieces.
### Ship From Information
* `Address 1`: Primary shipping facility address.
* `City`: Shipping facility city.
* `Country`: Shipping facility country.
* `State / Province`: Shipping facility state or province.
* `Postal Code`: Shipping facility postal/zip code.
* `Shipment ID #`: Internal shipment identification number.
* `FOB`: Free On Board checkbox. Indicates transfer of ownership point.
### Ship To Information
Ship-to address is automatically populated when selecting an order.
* `Name`: Customer or consignee name.
* `Attention To`: Specific contact person at destination.
* `Location #`: Customer location or store number.
* `Address 1`: Primary destination address.
* `Address 2`: Secondary address line (suite, building, etc.).
* `Address 3`: Additional address information if needed.
* `City`: Destination city.
* `Country`: Destination country.
* `State`: Destination state.
* `Postal Code`: Destination postal/zip code.
* `Consignee ID #`: Customer identification number.
* `FOB`: Free On Board checkbox for destination.
* `Residential Delivery?`: Select Yes/No for residential delivery requirements.
* `Liftgate Required?`: Select Yes/No if liftgate service is needed for delivery
### Third Party Information
* `Name`: Third-party company name.
* `Address 1`: Third-party primary address.
* `Address 2`: Third-party secondary address.
* `City`: Third-party city.
* `Country`: Third-party country.
* `State`: Third-party state.
* `Postal Code`: Third-party postal/zip code.
### Invoice Information
* `Actual Freight Charges`: Final freight cost charged by the carrier.
* `Actual Freight Weight`: Actual weight of the shipment as measured by the carrier.
### Order Information
Detailed order information table showing all orders included in the Bill of Lading.
### Add Order Fields
* `Order Number`: Internal order identification number from the system.
* `Customer Order #`: Customer's purchase order or reference number.
* `Shipping Message`: The order's shipping-facing message with shipping details and instructions. Selector-facing pick instructions live in the order's separate Selector Message field.
* `Freight Policy`: Shipping policy terms for the order.
* `Freight Terms`: Freight payment terms and conditions.
* `# Pallets`: Number of pallets for this order (coordinated with pallet tracking system).
* `# Cartons`: Total number of cartons/cases in the shipment.
* `Weight`: Total weight of the order shipment.
* `# Haz Cartons`: Number of cartons containing hazardous materials.
* `Haz Weight`: Total weight of hazardous materials in the shipment.
* `Total Cube`: Total cubic volume of the shipment.
### Transactions
Transaction history table showing all activities and changes related to the Bill of Lading. This provides an audit trail of BOL modifications and processing steps.
