Overview

The Miscellaneous → Dymo Tags submodule provides tools for creating and printing various types of labels and tags used throughout warehouse and production operations. This includes pallet tags for inventory tracking, location labels for warehouse organization, and part barcodes for identification purposes.

Create Pallet

Screenshot 2025-11-23 at 1.52.51 PM.png The Create Pallet tab generates new pallet tags with unique identifiers for inventory tracking. All newly created pallets are automatically assigned to the staging area by default.
  1. Click Create Pallet tab.
  2. Fill in Pallet details:
    • Employee Number: Enter your employee ID number.
    • Employee Name: Automatically populated based on the employee number entered.
    • Part Number: Select or enter the part number for items on this pallet.
    • Location: Specify the warehouse location.
    • Quantity on Pallet / In Box: Enter the total quantity of items on the pallet.
    • Number of Unique Tags: Specify how many individual tags to generate for this pallet.
  3. Click Save to create the pallet and send the tags to the printer.

Re-print Pallet

Screenshot 2025-11-23 at 1.54.18 PM.png The Re-print Pallet tab allows you to reprint existing pallet tags when the original tags are damaged, lost, or need to be replaced.
  1. Click Re-print Pallet tab.
  2. Enter the Pallet Number you want to reprint.
  3. Click Print to send the pallet tag to the printer.

  1. Click Print Location tab.
  2. Enter Location String or location ID.
  3. Click Print to send the location label to the printer.

  1. Click Print Part Barcode tab.
  2. Choose Part Number from the dropdown list.
  3. Click Print to send the part barcode to the printer.
