Overview
The Scheduling module coordinates all production and logistics timelines within DASH. It centralizes work order planning, batch scheduling, and departmental workflows to ensure efficient production sequencing, on-time shipments, and balanced resource utilization across production lines. This module is used by production schedulers, planners, and operations managers who oversee manufacturing timelines, capacity planning, and fulfillment performance. Production schedulers use this module daily to manage and coordinate complex workflows between dispersion, bottling, and packaging departments.What You Can Do
Scheduling contains two key submodules:- Manage Schedules provides real-time visibility into production schedules across all departments, including work orders, LTL, small batch, dispersion, bottling, and label rewind.
- Users can view, update, and export schedules while monitoring progress, shortages, and completion status.
- Scheduling Reports delivers analytical tools for forecasting and material planning.
- It includes Batch Net Requirements to identify shortages, Batch Ticket Recommendations for quantity adjustments based on usage data, and QOH Forecast to project inventory levels after production completion.
