Add New Company

  • Business Name: Enter the business name.
  • Display Name: Enter the displayable business name.
  • Filename Prefix: Enter the filename prefix.
  • Exernal ID Prefix: Enter the external id prefix.
  • Full Logo: Enter path for the full logo image.
  • Thumb Logo: Enter path for the logo thumbnail.
  • PDF Logo: Enter path for the pdf logo.
  • Primary Color: Enter the primary color.
  • Secondary Color: Enter the secondary color.
  • Header Color: Enter the secondary color.
  • Sidebar Color: Enter the secondary color.
  • Chub Partner ID: Enter the Chub Partner ID.
  • Chub Partner Name: Enter the Chub Partner name.
  • LDAP Host: Enter the LDAP Host.
  • LDAP DN: Enter the LDAP DN.
  • LDAP Domain: Enter the LDAP domain.
  • Primary Distribution Location: Select a distribution location from the dropdown.
  • Entity GLN: Enter the GLN.
  • LDAP Domain: Enter the GS1 Prefix.

Add New Department

  • Department Name: Enter the department name.
  • Short Name: Enter the short department name.
  • Company: Choose company from dropdown.
  • GL Department: Choose department from dropdown.
  • Department Head: Choose department head from dropdown.
  • Department Supervisor: Choose supervisor from dropdown.
  • Allow Order Error Assign: Select if order errors should be assign.
  • Order Error Resolver: Choose who will resolve errors from dropdown.

Add New Company Location

  • Location Code: Enter the location code.
  • Location Name: Enter the location name.
  • Location Lead Time: Enter the location lead time.
  • Location Distribution Site: Select if the location is a distribution site.
  • GLN: Enter the GLN (Global Location Number).
  • Address: Click the Addresses (”Book with @ symbol”) button to choose from the Company addresses to set the company location. Click the Accept (”Green checkmark”) in the Actions column to select an address.
  • Emergency Phone Number: Enter Emergency phone number.
  • Business Phone Number: Enter Business phone number.
  • Fax Number: Enter Fax number.
  • IP Prefix: Enter the IP prefix.
  • Public IP: Enter the public IP.
  • Can Move In?(Yes/No/Inherit): Select whether license plates can be moved into this location.
  • Can Move Out?(Yes/No/Inherit): Select whether license plates can be moved out of this location.
  • Can Merge?(Yes/No/Inherit): Select whether license plates can be merged at this location.
  • Can Update?(Yes/No/Inherit): Select whether license plates details can be edited or updated at this location.
  • Can Remove?(Yes/No/Inherit): Select whether license plates can be removed (e.g., scrapped or cleared) from this location.
  • PINV Multi Quantity Scan: Select to allow multiple quantities scanning during physical inventory counting.
  • Does Not Contain Pallets: Select if location doesn’t store pallets.
  • FIFO Pickable Locations: Select if location operates as a FIFO location (First in, first out).
  • Receiving Staging Location: Select if location is used as the receiving staging area.
  • Picking Reset Location: Select if the location is a reset location for picking.
  • PO Delivery Location: Select if purchase orders can be delivered to this location.
  • Allow Quick Move Buttons: Select to enable quick move buttons.
  • Is Consignment Location: Select if the location is a consignment location.

Add New Load Bin

  • Aisle ID: Aisle identification number
  • Bin Identifier: Bin identification number.
  • Bin Class: Enter the bin class
  • Bin Max Cube: Enter the bin max cube
  • Bin Min Cube: Enter the bin min cube
  • Max Pallet: Maximum number of pallets for the bin.
  • Extra Description: Enter the extra description
  • Is Pickable: Select if the load bin is pickable.
  • Is Overstock: Select if the load bin is overstock.
  • Can Contain On Hold Pallets: Select if the load bin contains pallets that are on hold.
  • Can Move In?(Yes/No/Inherit): Select whether a license plate can be moved into this load bin.
  • Can Move Out?(Yes/No/Inherit): Select whether a license plate can be moved out of this load bin.
  • Can Merge?(Yes/No/Inherit): Select whether a license plate can be merged with license plates at this load bin.
  • Can Update?(Yes/No/Inherit): Select whether a license plate details can be updated in this load bin.
  • Can Remove?(Yes/No/Inherit): Select whether a license plate can be removed from this load bin.
  • PINV Multi Quantity Scan: Select to allow multiple quantities scanning during physical inventory counting.
  • Does Not Contain Pallets: Select if load bin doesn’t store pallets.
  • Is Staging: Select if the load bin is used for staging.
  • Quick Move Enabled: Select if quick move is enabled for the load bin.
  • Allow Manual Pallet Creation: Select if manual pallet creation is allowed.

Add New User Notification

  • Type ID: Enter Notification type.
  • Recipient Type ID: Enter the recipient type.
  • Expiration Date: Select a date for the notifications to expire.
  • Acknowledgement Required?: Select if the notification should require acknowledgment when received.
  • Message: Enter message in text box.

Add New Printer

  • Type ID: Choose a printer type.
  • Name: Enter printer name
  • Asset ID: Enter printer asset ID.
  • Serial Number: Enter serial number of printer.
  • IPv4: The printer’s IP address on the local network.
  • Port: The network port the printer uses for communication.
  • TCP/UDP: Choose either TCP or UDP.
  • Location ID: Choose a location from dropdown.
