Overview

The Administration module provides system administrators with comprehensive tools for managing user access, company structures, and system-wide configurations within DASH. It handles multi-company setups, user permissions, navigation privileges, and entity management to ensure proper access control and system organization across all business operations. This module is primarily used by system administrators, IT staff, and senior management who need to configure user access, manage company structures, and maintain system security and organization.

Multi-Company Management

DASH supports multi-company structures where organizations can manage multiple business entities within a single system while keeping their financial records and operations separate. This allows management of operations for businesses as separate entities with distinct:
  • Financial records and accounting periods.
  • Work order types and production configurations.
  • User access permissions and navigation privileges.
  • Business processes and operational workflows.
The separation ensures proper financial reporting for each entity while maintaining operational efficiency through shared system infrastructure.

What You Can Do

In the Administration module, you can:
  • Manage Companies: Configure and maintain multiple company entities within DASH, including setting up financial structures, accounting periods, and company-specific configurations.
