Overview
The Production Tracking module provides comprehensive management and monitoring of manufacturing operations within DASH. It centralizes production scheduling, batch management and real-time tracking of manufacturing processes from raw material consumption through finished goods production. This module is essential for production schedulers, plant managers, dispersion operators, bottling line supervisors, and quality control teams who need visibility into production status, batch progress, and manufacturing efficiency.What You Can Do
Production Tracking contains several submodules that manage different aspects of the manufacturing process:- Batch Tickets submodule: Create, manage, and track batch tickets throughout the production lifecycle. Handle batch scheduling, priority management, formula updates, and special production instructions.
- Bottling Jobs submodule: Coordinate bottling line operations, manage job assignments, track production output, and monitor packaging material consumption.
- Dashboard submodule: Monitor real-time production line status.
