Overview

The Order Processing module is the main hub for entering, approving, tracing, and managing customer orders within DASH. It allows teams to move orders from intake through financial review and warehouse fulfillment, while also providing visibility into picking and shipping. This module is commonly used by sales service representatives, customer service agents, and operation managers to create orders, resolve holds, track picking progress, and run order-related reports.

What You Can Do

In the Order Processing module, you can:
  • Loss of Sales: Review lost sales data to identify fulfillment or inventory gaps.
  • Manage Orders: Create and edit manual orders, resolve holds, and submit them for processing.
  • Order Picking: View detailed picking activity and correct order issues flagged by warehouse staff.
  • Picking Status: Track real-time picking progress and address shortages.
  • QC Orders: Review picked orders flagged for final quality checks.
  • Reports: Generate reports on parts, orders, and customer trends to support planning.
