Overview

The Order Reports submodule lets you analyze orders, drilling into information such as what’s open (and where), what’s been short-shipped or cancelled, and how today’s activity compares to prior periods. It’s useful for daily operations (picking, expediting), customer service (promising ship dates), and finance (invoicing/shortage review). Several reports here also tie directly into loss-of-sales analysis and shortage tracking that teams review regularly.
