The Part Information → Maintenance submodule manages components that define how parts are structured, categorized, and priced within the system. These maintenance functions are primarily used by product managers, finance teams, and system administrators who need to establish and maintain the organizational framework for all parts in the system.
What You Can Do
The Maintenance submodule contains the following tabs:

Item Types: Define the packaging configurations and quantity structures for parts, directly impacting pricing calculations and inventory management.

Product Lines: Organize products into families for improved scheduling and categorization, particularly important for automated scheduling systems.

Sub Line Categories: Provide additional classification for purchased items, helping organize and categorize raw materials and purchased goods.
Each tab allows you to + Add New data to the table, along with export data in a variety of formats.
